Idea if Maine joins PB
Assuming Maine FINALLY rejoins MUSL, I suggest that ME (and VT) be encouraged to join Hot Lotto ; they and New Hampshire then drop Tri-State Megabucks, after nearly two decades.I also believe Hot Lotto should become a 5/42+1/19 game, effective with North Dakota joining in late spring.
