This totally sucks. Does anyone know if people in Canada or Mexico can play on betslips? I wonder if it is as simple as setting up a bank account in those countries and then logging in with a proxy server located in canada. All of this can be had at minimal cost. I just know they are coming after the *other* site so I think its prudent to keep future options open.

Amerikan: I enjoy the lottery too. I enjoy watching people buy tickets when I'm in town, enjoy listening to what they say to the store clerks, enjoy listening to their mutterings when they fill out their betslips, and I enjoy the numbers. I just don't buy tickets. I enjoy gambling, too, but I haven't gambled in a casino or a weekly poker group for a long time. Just going to town and trying not to get run over in the traffic is enough of a gamble for the moment.

How could the officials decide who will be the next winner based just on the tickets? The purchaser's names aren't on the betslips or tickets. Stores sell hundreds if not more tickets a day. How could they pinpoint who bought what? And like cointoss said, why would they even bother? They get their money no matter who wins.

Yes Mangoskin, I was Borne in Panama, and Grew up here in New York. I will be visiting Panama very soon, as Soon as my husband finishes a business project He started. But here we have New Jersey, we can take the path train and go over to Jersey and Buy Numbers, Same with CT. and I there are on line Places you can buy, how come you don't try Betslips. I herd from friends I have in panama, that they use them and It's good! I still like the Quads for other States as well!

Instead of taking the time to scan an upload, I'll just describe them to you. The shape of the betslips are rectangular, and have little boxes with numbers in them.
