One lottery is not able to please all people. Were all diverse, and have different expectations of what is more important to us. I suggested a third national lottery game to fill that void. There are millions who would be willing to invest a couple of bucks a week, for the chance at winning significantly larger lower tier prizes. Truthfully I don't think the lawyer(s) will succeed against the state. This would set a huge precedent for all other states which currently require public disclosure of identity. To win a case like this, would be a landmark change in the present state statute lottery laws.
