A couple of weeks ago I sent an email to the Lottery Office of Inspector General asking them to look into what appeared to be preferential treatment (bias) toward this retailer. The Director of Sales for the Lottery provided a concise, polite response and explained well why Food and Lotto was still able to obtain 100X tickets. The issue i was raising was not about a corporation making record profits and having a issue with that, so lets not make this something it's not, it's about them not needing all these loopholes and tax breaks as well as subsidies. Let 'em go bankrupt! Why throw good money after bad? They probably got that way due to waste, corruption, bloated salaries, underfunded pensions, etc. They need to go to bankruptcy court to bust those bloated union contracts and pensions.
