Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
A couple of weeks ago I sent an email to the Lottery Office of Inspector General asking them to look into what appeared to be preferential treatment (bias) toward this retailer. The Director of Sales for the Lottery provided a concise, polite response and explained well why Food and Lotto was still able to obtain 100X tickets. I felt the matter was closed, thanked the man for his response, and updated the OIG with an email of thanks while taking responsibility for the confusion myself. Curiou

Judge: Wyoming Lottery lawsuit against man can continue
I agree to a certain extent that he may be a an anti-gambling nut, they are out there, but not all are like that and EVERYONE is entitled to an opinion.....are they not? In the case of NCEL, they want to increase the amount of their advertising budget by 1% (Approx 1/2mil) to drive sales up, but no mention of extra contributions to problem gambling programs (per NCEL Committee minutes). They used to run a Know when to say when problem gambling campaign, but have not seen one commercial pertainin

How LOW can ILLINOIS Go -- Pretty LOW
Illinois Lottery situation has gone from bad to worse. First it was $25,000, now $600... soon $100? If they can't even pay out $601+ prizes, maybe the money really isn't all there. The Illinois Lottery saga strongly suggests that some lotteries operate on shaky financial foundations; prevalent corruption. While I generally discourage out of state lottery purchasing, IL lottery players would be wise to stop playing or buy out of state. Getting hit with some extra tax due to an out of state win

Driven to death by phone scammers
The phone calls wouldn't stop. The man on the other end of the line made promises of a big payoff: millions of dollars in prize money. But first the IRS needed $1,500 in taxes, he insisted, then the jackpot would arrive at the family home, a camera crew ready to capture the excitement. The calls came a couple of times a day; other times, nearly 50. Mr. Albert, we need the money to be sent today ... Don't hang up the phone, Mr. Albert ... Mr. Albert, don't tell your wife about this

ILLINOIS LOTTERY MOVES TO COMPUTERIZED DRAWINGS
MPM: but,........ WHAT CAN WE DO? A A BITCH Maby, we can ask Lottery Post News to try and get information as to what type of RNG software they will use and the suppliers name and company? It may take a year or two 2 get this data or they could provide it upon a simple request to the Illinois Lottery Commissioners Office. Did the Illinois Lottery give a reason for this BIG CHANGE? Do they need more wine, more women, more money or more paid corruption?????

As a Lottery JP winner: Would you " help" your city out if they were on the verge of bankruptcy?
The issue i was raising was not about a corporation making record profits and having a issue with that, so lets not make this something it's not, it's about them not needing all these loopholes and tax breaks as well as subsidies. This country is in debt and we are borrowing money from other countries to pay our bills because we are funding those who are able to work WHO DO NOT NEED IT as well as corporations who are making record profits who DO NOT NEED IT...this was my focus. What more needs t

As a Lottery JP winner: Would you " help" your city out if they were on the verge of bankruptcy?
Let 'em go bankrupt! Why throw good money after bad? They probably got that way due to waste, corruption, bloated salaries, underfunded pensions, etc. They need to go to bankruptcy court to bust those bloated union contracts and pensions. Then they need to clean house and get all the moochers and crooks off the payrolls. Only then would I consider helping out. Donate $10M? Hmmm...let me see, so if I won $150M, yeah, maybe I'd consider a $10M donation . . . by way of purchasing $30M in lott

Florida Woman's lotto legacy lives on after 25 years>>
If you mean the majority of voters in both parties... we agree! Socialism is always bad when the other party is running deficits, right? As far as this woman is concerned im glad she wanted to help people but no one asks to see the details of who is being helped. Who is the executor of her estate hmmm? It may be some slick lawyer that divorced his first wife and married his secretary half his age and now has bought her 2 waterfront mansions with this deceised womans winnings. Where are the d

DC lottery contract is the subject of a federal probe with numerous officials under scrutiny
Corruption in Washinton DC? Fouling the pristine legacy handed down by legendary leaders like Marion Berry? I can not believe it! I will not believe it! I am shocked and appalled!
