kdnichols, Here's something I do. Make a sums chart. Write the sums down the left side of a sheet of graph paper. Write the dates across the top. Put a mark at each sum for each day and then connect the dots. The way you find the sum to play is this. If you want to find the sum for today, look at the sum from the day before yesterday. Then play the sums that are 1,2 and 3 higher and 1, 2 and 3 lower. Example- Tuesday sum is 16, Wednesday sum is 9, Thursday you play sums 13, 14, 15, 1

retxx try not to use others dates and #s at first just only go with the 2-7-9 dates example, the 2nd , 7th and 9th , 12th,17th,19th and 22nd, 27th and the 29th And for the 3-5-8 dates use the 3rd,5th,8th, 13th,15th, the 18th,23rd,25th,28th to get your pairs. Riscknight, No, I haven't read The Black Swan. However, I did read his earlier Fooled By Randomness, wherein he deals with Black Swan events. I've read that he significantly expanded his treatment of the Highly Imporbable in this later book, and I hope to get time to read it some day.
