I'm still pretty new at the 3/4 rundown I took someone's suggestion and started working the numbers starting with Jan 1. I actually picked a few winners and I only have gotten to Jan 13 so far! I don't fully understand the 3/4 rundown but catching on by doing the workouts. I'm interested in this v-tracs everyone keeps talking about... I will try to find the post.

You'll become proficent in itsuse from the practice. And90% of the time you will haveone or two of the 3 digit so you be far off.I always will check what the 3-4 rundown has to render.It may be a vtrac connection(ex.129 comes out,but before this number comes, the 3-4 rundown gave4,6,8 as bottom key numbers.Vtrac tells us 1 6,4 9 are linked you must make the gut feeling choice.

Better explanation of 3-4 rundown
When a pair of digits show a difference of three (line 2).Add +3(line 3) like so 5 8 - 4 1 - 7 4 - 6 9 - 2 5 +3 +3 +3 +3 +3 +3 +3 +3 +3 +3 8 1 7 4 0 7 9 2 5 8The number on line 4 say 8 1 the firstexample ,the 8 is kept and double .In all examples if its seentwice (line 2 4)keep that digit only and double it.

Georgia Day was 347 Any difference of three here ,yes the 4,7 .Does the 4,7 follow or is placed or aligned with my workout standard order(1 4 7 0 3 6 9 2 5 8 1) Yes, the 4 is before the 7. Since the 3 does'nt touch the 4 or 7 in the workout standard order it goes to the front.

Blackapple's 3-4 rundown
Everyone knows numbers go up 3 or down 3.When there's a difference of +3 or -3 rearrange them to follow this order 2 9 6 3 0 7 4 1 8 5 2 Ex.875=785. The number thats not a difference of +3or-3 is placed first.Then drop the last digit you have 78.If no difference of +3or-3 Ex.480=48 just drop the last digit.IF you have a double establish the order
