Here is what I would do to change the games that the MUSL offers.Powerball: Change the matrix to 5/55 and 1/50. Increase the starting jackpot to $20 million annuity.Hot Lotto: Change the matrix to 5/45 and 1/27. Increase the starting jackpot to $2 million annuity.
