I don't know where this set of Pick 4 Formulas came from. I thought Quiet Money was banned from LP. I never liked Quiet Money, so I am certainly NOT trying to give him any spotlight. However in backtesting, this Pick 4 Formula Strategy actually does work in some states.

Maybe we depend too much on algorithms rather than the concepts pertaining to Chance. I think the definitions of ' Events, Probability and Randomness' should be explored and viewed in a philosophical way. Understanding these concepts may change our perceptions. I personally concur to events been random, hence backtesting on historical draws is bit of stretch, so my approach is more on SAMPLE SPACE and the events occurring. Looking for Keno Data
Hi All, Completely new here, but I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Does anyone know of (or have a recommendation for) a program or service that makes keno data for states in the USA available for analyzing/backtesting? As far as I can tell my state doesn't have an option for exporting the results in excel.

I think I am going to continue to look at pairs but instead of focusing on the first and last digits I am going to look for matching pairs anywhere within the number. For instance the 94 pair fell three times recently in NY: 924 on the Jan. 26th, 894 on Jan 26th and 947 on Jan. 28th. If you put this through the system with 9 as the first digit and 4 as the last you get 427 which fell str8 on the 29th and 463 which fell str8 on the 30th. I will have to do some more backtesting.

I added the 3333 to 1301. In backtesting this month found quite a few pairs on that alone! I am hoping for a DD to really hammer! So many to choose from! Ducksafloat did post about 3535 last week too! In looking at history after 1301 was 2257 then 5111. On 4/8/09 0349 then 5713 then 0113! I thought that was interesting. Best of luck! Mema55

First thing I want to say is Im new here on LP been following alot of stuff on the boards for about 3weeks now but I haven't posted much due to only having a cell phone for internet access but I've been following the p3 code and doing a little backtesting myself with it in Ohio but that's not why im posting this. The 2nd thing I wanted to say was I tried using everett pierce's pyramid lastnight for my powerball numbers and came up with 14 different numbers which I eliminated 3 of them down to 11

Quick Question: Do I just do the Draw numbers 1-99 or just keep putting the numbers through until it hits a number from backtesting? Just curious, because if I don't know the number that will hit for tomorrow, when would I stop processing numbers? Thanks, Slow Pogo
