I'm wondering, if legistlature of this nature were to be adopted by both the house and the senate, how would this affect sites like BetSlips and PTS? Since I am paying them for the service of purchasing a legitimate ticket, which they are not transporting across State lines, nor making copies of do you think they would be continue to be allowed to operate? To me, it seems a lot different than gambling on some site that makes up its own games.

Thanks, budward. Or how about the set up betslips has to pick and choose states and enter numbers and bets, Todd? All that seems applicable to your predictor and would give individuals, not only the opportunity for others to see how well they actually predict numbers for the pick 3 and 4 games, but also the opportunity to try out their own playing schemes.

PTS service
I mostly browse here but with any forum I think one of the greatest benefits is the sharing of information that could protect the members. I have been using Prime Ticket Services (PTS)for some time, every now and then they decline my card for weeks. Now, I have setn many, many emails for weeks and no response? It's not comforting considering if I win a million dollars they hold my ticket. They don't respond to emails is a huge problems. I want to mention something else, anyone that has used them

Hey there pcnut, what I see is that this set of #'s are the followers of each other contained in the group. Either adding 222 or subracting 222 using lottery math. So, the group should hit continuously because what you have is one big hitting circle. This is what I see. But I do not know the strategy you would use for playing them at Betslips.

My goodness, Tiburon,What article of evidence do you have to make such an allegation? It matters not if it rolls or gets hits quickly, the end result is simple, someone will be richer and fade into obscurity (sp?). Would be interesting to see an LP member who is part of Betslips win! Thats almost a double bonus! The odds are really simple, you either hit it or ya didnt.

here is what i do.i only play the pick 4 right now.i look at all the states history.i have a few numbers that i always play.probably 15 or 20 at the very most.i noticed they hit most in ball drawn states although some computerized states are pretty good at throwing out a balanced amount of numbers.using this data i write all this down and then make detailed copies on my copier and i have a lottery folder i put all my copies and past winners in.i have won nearly five grand since i started playing
