I have bought multi country lottery tickets as part of a pool. The pool bought Euro Millions and Euro Jackpot tickets when there have been bonus draws with huge jackpots. The jackpots were well over $100 million and the odds are better than both Powerball and Mega Millions.

there was some chatter about powerball expanding to other countries with one shared prize pool. for me that would be a permanent turn off regardless of which countries. what do you think?
