Again...I dont know why I bother with PB
To desire is to obtain; to aspire is to achieve ...
Dream lofty dreams, and as you dream, so shall you become. Your vision is the promise of what you shall one day be. Your ideal is the prophecy of what you shall at last unveil.
The greatest achievement was at first and for a time a dream. The oak sleeps in the acorn; the bird waits in the egg; and in the highest vision of the soul a waking angel stirs. Dreams are the seedlings of reality.

Study in Prediction for Jeff's "R" State.
When a state (Texas for example) makes or renders your main point of filters reference un-usable such as the past draw, just change it, use some other past draw and or draws for more than one filters patterns point of reference that still retains the kind of filters patterns relationship to the next winning draw that you need to use for your filters system.
Not understood ?
Let us say, that you like me, filter-out filters patterns from a pool or source of numbers, that you get the winning

Trying new gig! Need your help!
Well ....... we've reached the end of the study. Here are the stats so far:
GA = 0 for 14
IL = 3 for 14 (2 Evening, 1 Midday)
OH = 1 for 14 (1 Midday)
PA = 4 for 14 (1 Evening, 3 Midday)
TN = 2 for 14 (1 Evening, 1 Midday)
Conclusion: Our test failed. Sure ......... we achieved our goals in IL, PA and TN, but we failed miserably in GA and OH.
Suggestions: Check out Laverne Maloney's post on her GEMS . They hit a lot more than this system.
Good Luck,
J

random means it cannot be defined
been pondering random as of late...
to me, random means the data in a set has no correlation, EVERY number in the list is an INDEPENDENT variable. what appear to be patterns emerge over time, but in my futile study of announcers (basically, if a 9 is drawn and a 7 follows it more than every other number, then 7 should be a good bet, but it's not that easy) I have come to understand a false pattern. palindromes are actual patterns (for instance if the red ball was, in a series of 5 draws... 14

Hoosier Lottery...worse than you thought!
I would like to thank everyone here for the warm reception! @Cash Only:Yes, at least Indiana has a cash option but what is it? That's the point! They will not tell you what it is. They will not commit to anything other than saying it exists. What's the big secret? I mean after all these people are running a lottery and it is not unreasonable for a player to ask for the value of the cash option and to get a straight answer. (BTW...you're welcome.)@Zoozie: Well, I have no children, and my pr

A lottery ticket run to the border
An entertaining story about a jaunt to a bordering state to buy lottery tickets highlights Nevada's lack of a lottery and shoots down the 'regressive tax' theory.It was a typical Wednesday.Up at 4:45 a.m., I got in my morning walk with a friend, then negotiated with my husband to drop off the first set of boys at school (he graciously capitulated) so that I could start the day's adventure early.I put on my favorite hot pink T-shirt with the Black Mountain Community Bank logo, denim overalls, a

Editorial: The state lottery, starring...
By Jim Jenkins, News ObserverThe startup of the new North Carolina state lottery has of late turned into a soap opera with more twists than All My Children. But it's more akin to one of those situation comedies than to depressing drama. Sure, it is depressing drama, but the way things have been going, you gotta admit it's been more, well, slapstick lately.Consider all the hoo-rah around passage in the General Assembly, which most years is itself an ongoing comedy, which is the way you have t

Educators Closely Watching N.C. Lottery Bill
The North Carolina lottery issue is of more than passing interest to the Moore County school system as it gears up for another study on its capital needs.School system officials across the state are keeping a watchful eye on Raleigh as the state Senate takes up a lottery bill.The House narrowly approved the bill by a 61-59 vote April 6. The bill is expected to be signed into law by Gov. Mike Easley if it makes it through the Senate. That means a N.C. state lottery could be in place by the end of

Nevada lottery effort unlikely to succeed
An Assembly-backed resolution to let Nevada voters legalize a state lottery could be killed as early as today in the Senate Judiciary Committee.Judiciary Chairman Mark Amodei, R-Carson City, said Wednesday he expects a 4-3 vote either for or against the lottery legalization resolution, Assembly Joint Resolution 2.The Assembly approved the resolution March 7 by a 33-9 vote. But proposals to amend the state constitution and legalize lotteries have failed 23 times since 1975.A poll taken by the Rev
