If I did have to find a way with the combo you show, I'd have to reduce each number to it's sum. Example, the first number you show is 13. 1+3=4 (sum) So the combo above in your quote, ( 13-15-22-28-34-31) would read as follows: 4-6-4-1-7-4. Now, the next step is to do this with every draw.
