I see some really, really great replies here regarding the pre/post-test draws. onlymoney, you're right on point with car starter analysis and I've used the exact same analogy in past posts about this very topic. Naive players simply cannot understand the true concept of why states do this...and this means they really don't grasp the game in my opinion. EdessaKnight also had a very good contribution with the very details of 'why' so many tests are conducted. This game isn't hard to play and win.

The main point with software like Analysis Lotto and Lotwin is they lift the burden of number selection / prediction off the user and replace it with delta or filter selection. Now if someone could create working delta or filter AI prediction software maybe we could move this mule a little further down the road. NJ Pick4 Analysis, 6/1/12 thru 5/31/13
I did an analysis of Pick4 drawings from NJ Lottery for the past year to date. I imagine it can be typical everywhere else. My results showed: 1. 1 of every 2 draws had SUMS which ranged between 17 and 23. In the Pick4 matrix, these had the most combinations. 2.
