I would suggest getting the numbers in Excel and doing a COUNTIF like SirMetro suggested.

Powerball in Excel
Do anybody know where I can download the powerball results in Excel format. I want to use the numbers that can give me the numbers in different cells. Example: 4,10,25,33,42-26 i want to put 4 in cell b4, 10 in cell b5, 25 in cell b6, and so forth. Thanks
