New York lottery winner quits job to go riding with Bible-thumping bikers
Well English is not his native language. Lol. The most bets seem to be on Nigeria or Ethiopia. One Russian guess. Likely an early release.

Nearly $10 million in Louisiana Lottery winnings go unclaimed every year
It s quite possible that some lottery players in Louisiana treat playing the game like some professional anglers. You know the Catch release group, some lottery players in Louisiana elsewhere will play, but will not check. They enjoy the journey, but not the arrival. Some lottery players are wired differently.

Book "Beat The Odds In The Lottery"
I purchased the paperback version of Igor's book, and I found it very informative. As for any secrets, or Igor holding back information, that is not the case. I had spent many hours on the phone with Igor, and he was always looking for ways to improve on his methods. These new ideas came either DURING or AFTER the book release, and he had not yet tested these new ideas. I can tell you some of it involves what we coined as 2P and 3P (2 Packs and 3 Packs). 2 Packs are any 2 numbers drawn together

Which numbers are valid?
I know. But that doesn't explain why my SELF-PICKED numbers don't match the SELF-PICKED numbers on the ticket. I just got back from the gas station where i bought it. Apparently its been happening to a bunch of people when they buy the tickets. If it's wide spread then I'm sure they'll be a formal release by the lottery about it. If not, then the gas station probably needs a new machine.

$1.537 billion Mega Millions jackpot won by 1 ticket sold in South Carolina
No specific info was provided on the winner beyond gender and home state. This info might help stop some false rumors or wrongly focusing on an alleged winner. The rest of the info is meaningless. SC lottery was not trying to ID the winner on any level. For goodness sake, some people need to read the press release and try to keep up.

Arizona Lottery...Pick3
First let me say I've been playing the lottery for a better part of 30yrs. Won and lost just like everyone. But I've won more than I've lost but nothing like Arizona. The computer drawn system is a true game changer. The drawings go off at 7pm during the winter then 8pm during the summer months. The issue I keep having is when it goes off at the drawing time they don't release the results till about an hour after it's been drawn. They say you can go to a retailer and get the results but at no ti

Lottery Clerks scamming or attempting to scam Customers out of their winning tickets? :/
Report it to the Florida lottery (by phone or email). This puts that store on the radar for one of the lottery security sting operations. Periodically the Florida Lottery will post a press release about security checks and the stores that they arrested clerks at.

How well do you think you could hide a lottery win from relatives?
Will the Illinois Lottery publicly release my name and city of residence absent a request under applicable law? This depends on the prize amount. If your prize is $250,000 or more, at the time of claiming the prize, you may submit a written request on the Illinois Lottery Claim form to keep your name and city of residence confidential from public disclosure. However, the Illinois Lottery may release your name and city of residence pursuant to an Illinois Freedom of Information Act request

Bill to allow lottery winners to remain anonymous passes Virginia Senate
They need to release the winners names because the State or their own workers might start crooking the system. The public needs to see if the Stores are puffing through the lottery tickets for the winning tickets, such as in scratch-offs.
