Thanks for the compliment.....However, I got a lot a patience for the backtesting. It is the only way I know for me to come up with constructively creative ideas. With that being said, I still have an interest in a couple of your earlier ideas, im still backtesting....Imma be a Tortoise, but I get to the finish line. I'll let you know what my results are.

how to choose numbers for 5 digit wheel
May I suggest that you do backtesting on numbers... see what group of numbers work for your state. Such as the 5 hottest numbers running (IMO are the best), 4 hot 1 cold, 3 hot 2 cold, 2 hot 3 cold, 1 hot 4 cold or all cold. Some think you should take the past history for the week or for a month. Backtesting on any method is extremely important to see what works for your particular state.

Backtesting Tools
Lottery Family-
RBTL is evolving. The purpose of this poll is to uncover the best strategy (consecutive draws) and backtesting tool.
Consecutive draws is even better than RBTL!
Last night I showed another potential client the power of Consecutive Draws using historical data.
I didn't realize it but what I did was show him how he could have easily won last month had he had my consecutive draws solution.
If my understanding is correct, I think most of the LPers here would call that

Interest In Backtesting and Simulating Lottery Systems
There are dozens of real lottery systems alive and well on the American continent. Simulating one instead of using any of the real ones seems redundant and a lot less trustworthy than using one with a cadre of overseers and a security infrastructure.
Backtesting is primarily a tool intended to assist in narrowing the avenues of approach to developing a system intended to predict lottery draw results. But backtesting a simulated system seems an empty exercize.
In fact, the ultimate test for

System Backtesting
I'm not sure why you are taking such a negative attitude towards me in regards to backtesting. I was under the impression, from some of your posts in the past, that you were a proponent of backtesting.
My intention is to help some others here understand the potential value in backtesting various systems to see which one, if any, will work best for them. I saw a potential in your Gem system working well for those of you in NM, but not so much for those in my state of OH. That is not to say yo

I have developed a method to play Jackpot Games.
Alrighty then! This may be purely coincidence, I'll have a better idea after I do some more backtesting. This pertains to Igor's method as applied to Pick 3.
Here's what happened: as I was fiddling with my Pick 3 spreadsheet that automatically does the accounting of numbers and identifies the numbers that go in each bucket (001/Green, 002/Blue, 003/Orange), I stumbled upon a way to pick numbers for the next drawing that, for the whole 5 minutes I backtested it, was giving me this has GOT

Predicting is definitely intuition development. At some point, our decision-making becomes faster and better, just like practicing one move (one strategy) repeatedly until you master it. The high majority of my strategies focus on predicting positions, pairs, and digits only. I find it best to narrow my focus. Winning becomes second nature and inevitable as our logical mind learns to trust our intuition, primarily from backtesting our strategies to death over long periods of time.
I gain th

What is a lottery system? What distinguishes a lottery system from guesses, dreams and quick picks?
Josephus, these are good question, but hard to answer due to the varying ideas of what success means to each player. BUDGET often plays a major part.
One Pick 3 player may play 10 combos, $5, anticipating box hits, while another plays 20 combos for $10. Our second player will feel the increased number of box hits is worth the cost. And yet a third player, will play 10 combos at $10, in hopes of a .50/box, .50/straight win.
When you deal with occasional accurate predictions, the real quest
