You could use a Hidden Markov Model to detect state changes within your lottery time series data... Then use the last change of state as your minimum number going forward... Increment until the next change of state... Rinse and repeat...

GH, with her background in financial markers, seems to have found a number of ways to discover features in lottery time series data... I wonder what other features there are to be discovered and if anyone has looked into any of the methods folks in the financial markets use as algorithmic tools such as arima, garch, random forests, markov chains, neural networks and support vector machines to model lottery random events...

I'm testing the Markov Chain Generator now. The first try was very successful: I've won 4/5 in 5/36 lottery after buying only one (but carefully chosen) ticket. Now i have money for 100 more tries and tests.

Google markov lotto programs. there are many programs but don t expect very good results. Like the neural networks the markovs don t hit big prizes. They are somehow better random generators that hit lower prizes more often than simple rngs..
