Pick 3 & Pick 4 Needing Idea's for this Grid Graph? Works all states 100% guaranteed.
The latest version 4.0 that you see in the last few pics has not yet been released. I am currently running tests to see if the trimmed down grid (105 cells to 50) yields different results.
I'm thinking I might be creating more confusion by releasing every minor version I create. I will now wait until I have most, if not all crucial aspects of the program assembled and working as intended. From there we can fine tune as needed.
The print routines will take a bit of time, so until then what

Take5 NY
G5 - I started tracking winning locations on 12/31/2011 on a daily basis for the major games: T5, P10, NYL, MM, PB, C4L. I also track the 2d tier locations for those with the exceptions of T5 and P10 (but NY Lottery will not release the P10 winner's locations for some reason...even with a FOIL request - which, btw, they do now charge for). Even a polite email to them goes unanswered. I'd send it on over to you if I knew how... Peace.

I did fix one bug where the upper left digit Row1Col1 was not getting colored red properly. That fix will be in the next release Sunday afternoon. Let me know if you detect any other bugs.

New Year Raffles?
Florida stopped doing them, in part, because they didn't make enough money. They would release 750,000 tickets and only sell about 600,000. They still made a profit, but it was minor. Basically, they made just as much profit on a few nights of Fantasy 5 drawings. Plus it cost a lot to advertise and promote. With that said, I'd like to see it come back with a small ticket pool. It's possible they bring it back in the summer.

Arizona Lottery director not embarrassed about computerized drawing fiasco
We all know your political agenda in the forums and no one disproved what Maddog surmised. People claim allegiances to all sorts of things to get jobs. The fact that the Director left this experience off the press release speaks volumes.

I honestly think the repeated numbers they are playing is because they can collect more and more money from all those people that play the same number everyday because a triple is coming since 555 was sold out again tonight so see where all this revenue is coming from you have people playing there same numbers and other people putting money on a triple. so when they release the triple now you know where they get the money from all those people playing the same numbers everyday. our money goes to

Anyone else hate that some states won't let winners remain anonymous?
What part of the lottery knowing who claims a prize even when only the name of the winner's trust is released to the public is confusing you?
What the lottery knows about the winner and what the lottery tells the public about the winner are completely different things. They never release the winner's address, phone number, or social security number, but I assume you don't think that means that they don't know what they are.
There are several states that don't allow winners to remain anonym

Aye, it's important to remember anonymity does not release due diligence by the lottery. It just cloaks the winners identity, not the scrutiny from the lottery. If there appears to something askew they're going to investigate. Anonymous does not mean impunity.
