i know somebody that buys a quick pick 3 digit everday one for the midday and one for evening. been playing them for years she won, nada, zip, zilch, nuthing. If she had picked any other number like a birth date or something of that nature she would have won about ten times. Are Computerized Lottery Drawings Truly Random?
this certainly is an interesting story and Jim's additional comments are very intriguing.Even as designer of lottery systems and particularly PICK 3 I never saw the use of computers as a concern.
