Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
Hi, Greenfox: Congratulations, You have finished your great book of stats! It's a hard work really! I like your book or system, although I haven't fully understood it yet. But your analysis method is unique among all existing lotto systems! I firmly believe that your system will succeed! !! I wonder if you can answer me one question: How many combinations or tickets do you choose on average in each drawing? In other words, by using your system, how many combs do you select a

The Beginnings of a Pick 3 System Based on "Digits Common With Previous Draws"
Hi y'all! Wanted to share some test results of a Pick 3 system I've been working on. Feel free to digest and pick it apart, any and all feedback is appreciated! The system relies primarily on repeats from the previous draw , with a few twists and turns thrown in to (presumably) improve performance. Most of us know that about 50% of the time the next drawing will contain exactly 1 digit repeat from the previous draw. This is true of the next draw compared to ANY previous, not only the most rec

Rl's HyBrid-3 pick-3 free software package
It's only in the thinking stages but I am starting another app that maps the 64 codes in a 8x8 grid. The user will be able to click any grid and see a host of information that pertains to that code. The code blocks will be color coded to reference the games out. One color for codes = 10 games out, another color for 11 to 20 etc... Clicking on any code will display it's statistic and any other information that might be relevant to that code. Maybe a few line graphs for trips, pair

Last 1000 Drawings for Pick 3?
1,000 draws is approx. one year of drawings if my calculations are right, lol. If you have 3 draws a day that's 21 a week. Multiplied by 4 that's about 84 draws a month. Multiplied by 12 is about 1008 draws a year. So if you're looking at what combos (straight) have not shown up in that time, grwurston gave you the best advice with using the tools here on the LP. Upgrade your membership to platinum and you will have everything here at your fingertips and be able to keep track daily as the numb

VB Program to see Number Frequencies for Keno
Hi Alchemist7, I too am mostly self taught. The way that I have done most of my learning was to have a project in mind and then use the online reference manual or the Microsoft VB forums to find the syntax that I needed. Early on I started out using Access because it had database capabilities and also allowed for me to do some VB coding. I built all my tables in Access and was not connecting to data stored elsewhere. Once I got a copy of Visual Studio I stopped using Access as the com

Pick by Split
As I have mentioned in several post, I hate picking winning numbers by having to choose the actual numbers so most of my strategies are based on finding other method of indirectly picking numbers. I mostly also only play Keno type games because my personal belief is that the only way to win is by being able to find a pattern. In the 5/6 digit games there is simply not enough volume of winning combinations in a lifetime of drawings have a reliable pattern. With Keno games like NY Pick 10 there

NewYork Take5/39 Jackpot game.
Hello All! If you are still interested, I'll be presenting some lottery analysis techniques that will apply to any Pick 5/3X game. There will be 4 pages of data designed to help Users choose the best answers to the What's Next? questions. Some folks believe a 'one-dimensional' data base is sufficient, but I disagree. The tracking charts I'll present, without the aid of graphics, give the User several 'trend lines' to choose from. All of the data will probably be familiar to exp

Do you believe every combination has the same probability?
I use a substitution workout whereby lottery history is broken down into smaller units for tracking and analysis purposes. I know for a fact that some integer groupings or combinations show up more often than others. If I were in New York and had $1 to play one set in the Take5/39 jackpot game, I would base my choices on Alpha Signature ABCCD. That is - one single digit, one teen, 2 twenties and a thirty. I have charts that show past history for each integer grouping, and some unique
