I just got finished the surprisingly painless procedure of starting my PA pick3 and pick4 Access Database with data imported from the excel sheets... just the basics...1. Draw number as primary key2. draw date3. combo4,5,6... individual numbers by position7. Day of Week (hint... data type date/time with format of 'ddd' ... just like excel)I have to whip up 4 update queries, because there are 4 tables... pick3 MID, pick3 EVE, pick4 MID and pick4 EVE. no excel program at all...just excel..but the skill of using excel is important......do you often use it?If you do,You can find there is a function to put numbers of each line(A B C D E F...) in order.This function could help you maybe..because more often,a winner would appear at its extreme sides or most middle places..

Shrinking an excel spreadsheet to print on one page...1. on the FILE menu, go to Page Setup 2. in the dialog box that appears, in the orientation section on the page tab, click the radio button to pick Landscape3. In the Scaling section (just below orientation), select the radio button labelled Fit to and make sure the numbers read 1 page(s) wide by 1 tall if it is too small, eliminate the spacing in the same dialog box by clicking the Margins tab and changing all values to zeroThis
