Increase, I am sick of winter and being stuck at home! Living out in the county, I have a downhill driveway followed by an unpaved road to traverse...and that's just to get to the hard-top!
The two front tires on my car are slick and I doubt that it will see the open road again until spring. Maybe if it would stay above freezing long enough, most of this stuff will melt and we can get back to normal.

Mega Millions, Powerball lottery ticket cross-sales begins today
Today marks the first time both of the USA's huge multi-state lottery games can be purchased within the same state.
Dozens of states begin selling both Mega Millions and Powerball tickets today, moving the U.S. a step closer to having a national lottery.
By the time the remainder of the states with a lottery sign on to the new arrangement as early as this spring the nation's two biggest lotteries will be sold in 45 jurisdictions: 43 states plus Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands

in that post Ohio is listed as 1 of only 2 megaball states that wont begin to offer the powerball right away.
Said some time in spring. Probably because they need to ensure that if you buy the ticket in Ohio you can only cash it in Ohio like with the megaball, or some other tax driven reason.

Should there be Lost Winning Tickets Bounty Hunters?
There are already lost winning ticket bounty hunters, they're the people who sift throuh store trash bags and dumpsters for mistakenly discarded tickets. Also regular people who see unsigned tickets on the ground, picking them up on the off chance one might be a winner.
Lottery Post featured a story about one older gentleman who found a discarded unsigned ticket which became subject of a lawsuit. That man was a bounty hunter of sorts .... perhaps someone can find the specific story. However i
