5/39 General Info
Hi, It's a matter of looking at the data and associated percentages. Take the last digit info for example. It indicates that no more than two numbers in your pick should contain the last same digit. It also indicates that your pick should have 4 or 5 different last digit values. If you look at decades, it suggests that no more than 2 numbers in your pick should fall into a range of 1-10, 11-20, 21-30, or 31-39. Looking at the gaps (the difference between numbers in your pick) it

Newspaper Editorial: Biggest error was switching to computerized draws
Players won't participate in a lottery they can't trust By Tennessean Editorial Staff September 2, 2007 Today's Topic: When a glitch hits the lottery Our View Any game of chance needs a high level of trust. Trust was missing during a recent stretch in the Tennessee Lottery when players who bet on digits showing up more than once were literally shut out of a chance to win because of a computer glitch. The glitch meant that people who bet on repeating numbers in the Cash 3 and Cash

Explaination of Pick 5 needed
Lotta, if anyone can do it, I am sure you will. BUT, I ask you to take into consideration the following: 1) No 5 number game has ever occurred more then a few thousand times. 2) Even if you combine ALL the 5 number games across the US, you will still only have about 10% of the possible combinations produced. Instead, ruther then evaluate against such a huge obstacle, might I suggest a different approach. Consider comparative analysis. List ALL the 5 numbers for each state. Then, look f

quick pick is better
I agree with Pick-4_Master; you really can do much better than any machine, with only a minimal amount of effort. There are as many ways to pick lotto numbers as there are different combinations. Some people play birthdays, anniversaries or other dates that are special or significant to them (calendar numbers). The problem with this type of selection is that, while these numbers are significant in your life, they may not be significant to the machines spitting out the numbered balls.Other people

lottery machine and computer
Hmm... My fault; I thought I'd mentioned this. Indiana uses just such a computer to draw the numbers for all their online games. Most people here believe there's really no difference between numbers drawn with ping-pong balls and those drawn using an RNG. I think that's because most people here live in states that still use ping-pong balls to draw their numbers, and also because they believe people who live in states that use RNG's are paranoid or are ineffectual at selecting their numbers. I ext

Numeric frequency theories do not apply
To Johnny5:Yours is probably the most intelligent response I've read here. This isn't meant to insult anyone else who posted to this thread, but Johnny5's response seems to be very well thought-out.Most of you are missing an important element in your number selection: the consideration of bias. A coin toss can't be fairly compared to any lottery drawing, regardless of the number of balls used. In a coin toss, you're using one coin whose weight remains constant. It would be difficult to find two

Tennessee: 12/1 - 12/31/2024
Analyzing the Tennessee Lottery's Pick 3 game using sum codes can indeed provide valuable insights into number patterns. By grouping numbers based on the remainder when their digit sum is divided by 5, you can identify trends and patterns in the game's history. Key Takeaways 1. *Sum Codes*: Each sum code (0-4) corresponds to a specific set of sums, which can help identify patterns. 2. *Historical Analysis*: Referring to historical winning numbers can help determine the frequency
