excalibur:I agree with you: listen to this thoughtYou know what a programer is correct/a person that programs computer> CHips or programs a simila of rng but still its what the programer inputs.a programer can PROGRAM a RNG and then some would say its RNG. but in essence it 's not. its useing circles of words to trick the people.there is no such thing in my opinion as RNG in any lottery program>get the facts from any computer tech. you are right what you see/ no rnggreen bucks to you

Excalibur, what you ask is allready implemented. This is one of the 350+ analysis I've mentioned. Apllying several algorithms to each individual column of a pick-3 game (and any other game as well), lets the program decide which/whom yield the best results to use. Nice thoughts I have to admit, I've read a lot of your posts at the forum. Keep going, you do it well.

Excalibur :Your computer will do just fine. Although I must admit that those with a faster cpu will have a better chance. It needs no more than about 7 meg of harddisk space, and there should be no conflicts with other programs.
