I agree. This loser has got to go. It's like LP and his little characters are his life. He needs to get one and a job. He adds no real value to any discussion and just likes getting under people's skin with his lottery absurdity.. I don't know how Todd has put up his little charades this long.

Todd looked into it and anonymous claims are allowed on Millionaire for Life in Michigan. I had assumed they wouldn't be allowed because anonymous claims were not allowed on Lucky for Life in Michigan. They're still not allowed on Powerball or Mega Millions in Michigan
