Implemented safety feature for predictions
I made another change to the post predictions page today to hopefully prevent partial posting. It did not happen all the time, but sometimes when the database was especially busy some all states predictions only posted to some of the states. What was happening was the post was taking so long (due to database activity) that the code stopped functioning. The new code I implemented today does three things: Eliminated some overhead from the database functions to speed up the performance (so
