Hardly a new idea. I remember before Michigan came out with the 6/40 game that there was a scratch ticket for 1$ that was similar to the 6/40 game. I also vaguely recall a scratch version of Powerball.

The two timestamps are the part I would focus on. The printed time is probably when the retailer terminal produced the ticket, while the EZ Match time may be tied to when that add-on result was registered or displayed by the system. The repeated $4 amounts are separate from that. That could be the actual EZ Match prize tier on that ticket, or it could be a display issue if you are looking at an image instead of the physical ticket. Mentioning a conspiracy while claiming no conspiracy is just pure irony. If you'd spent enough time on the website you'd have seen dozens of them every time jackpot gets big. Just recently with someone claiming all the jackpots coming from one county in Michigan. I agree with you on one thing. There has never been so many second tier winners on a small jackpot. And if you'd read the article you'd understand the reason behind it. It's the way the playslips are for a lot of the states.
