Well the nice thing is we all know who owns and runs this web site. The payment system is very different between the websites though. I don't use Prime Ticket now since they suddenly stopped selling UK lottery tickets maybe later if Euromillions gets big. I have a feeling Betslips has more ticket agents. Personally I think they could just have someone in the UK and BC, Canada cover the games on the internet in their underwear. I doubt it would be easy to verify the owners without looking a

I think it will pass. Simple reason is that on line betting effects every state that has a lottery. On the other side , someone will figure out a way to get around it. Betslips will move it's operations off shore. Good example is the Cruise Ship Industry, very few of the Cruise ships that pull into our ports are registered in the USA. Why, because with offshore registration they don't pay US taxes on all of the cruise tickets they sell.

guys is it legal to create a lotto better than the state lottery?I think is against the law to create a private lottery. What you think. I will apreciate the opinions. It's illegal to hold any type of lottery or raffle unless you are a registered charity. I'm sure some people try to get away with it and get caught. That's also why contests have to advertise No Purchase Necessary so everyone can have an equal chance of winning without spending money. Then it's not considered gambling.

Say if I was going to play box only. And I deflate my numbers. I end up having 2 the same. 1234 (4321). I just wanted to copy and paste and not have duplicates. I found my answer. Went to betslips.com and they have a box I can check for duplicate box combinations.

The only reason they can afford to pay that much is because 90 percent of the people who play, lose. OK Let s say 100 people played $81 and 10% of them won $900. Betslips would take in $8100 but payout $9000 and lose $900. By the way, I m not knocking your system because there is potential with the tradional $500 payoff. Stack
