This one gets me right here ... a contest in which participation is conditioned on payment of value and in which prizes are awarded primarily by chance is a lottery rather than a contest. Since payment of value is not a condition im assuming that takes that element out of the lottery. So with that being said it would be a contest (or possibly a sweepstakes) Now these two conditions will affect me if I cant get around them ALL prizes and their values r

Sorry if this isn't the best forum because it isn't really gaming for money.....
