Hi, 1- How about first proving the Null Hypothesis: that they are not fixed? Can you sooner prove (mathematically) that they are not fixed? If you cannot, then you have proven that they are indeed fixed . 2- I can give you a non-mathematical way: find an ethical way to examine the software packages of states who purchase these. I believe you would probably discover that states with computerized lotteries use super computers to run software that can run a set of pre-determined combinations

No point in arguing about this. I guess I am foolish to think there are ethics in gambling. Buying extra tickets before the game is closed and speculating that customers will buy them later is gambling too.

What if I were to tell some of ya folks that there are actually companies that survive by maintaining a regional philosophy that gaming goes against their corporate values. Wawa's happens to be one of them. They do not contribute to the gambling community and are advocates to remain clear of such a label.
