is there any scenario where you take annual payments over the Lump sum?Reply
If I am under 50 y.o. (which I am) I would take annual payments. If I was in my 70s++ I would go for a lump sum. That is if I lived in the USA. In Norway they only pay out the total winning sum, which is tax free.

i think the jackpot will come out to: $600 Million [the ones for: $2 or $3 the ticket... what i want??? i want you all to take: $1.2 Billion dollars and build: 240 Gyms Establishments in FINLAND-NORWAY-SWEEDEN....it should totall out to: $1.2 Billion dollars...equivalent to like: 2 jackpots of: $2 or $3 the ticket...thats it...thats all i ask...

Probably because there isn't market for more (frequent) lotteries. Many european countries participate in a multi country lottery and also got one or several national lotteries. MillionsWanted, Not sure what they do in Norway, but in the U.S. in order for the person to donate anonymously (which is actually what they did by putting the ticket in the collection basket) they would still have to had cashed the ticket and thus be taxed on it.

What is your favorite KENO book?Reply
I'm looking for books and systems for lottery keno. The national lottery company in Norway is running a 70 number keno where 20 numbers are drawn and you can win with 0 to 10 numbers correct/2 to 10 numbers played. There's one draw each evening. I suppose some of the keno systems for casinos can be used on lottery kenos also. I am also trying to develop a system of my own. It is showing some positive sign(wins) and I will work on it further.
