Computer verse Paper
You know when you have studied Excel, its hard not to put that training into use with the lottery, especially the Pick 3. Even though you see more results with pencil and paper. I guess I keep thinking I can make it more precise. WRONG! Everyone tells me I should have been a statistician when they see my spreadsheets for the lottery. But the truth being told I've won more money before I ever thought about Excel. I do have a strong desire to learn VBA, but first I've got to fight through learning

Past Draw Results to an Excel Spreadsheet
Can anyone advise me how to acquire past Cash3 and Pick4 resluts in a form that can be entered into an Excell Spreadsheet? I am new at the process but it seems there are plenty of places to acquire the data however, when you copy and paste ithe data it is viewed by Excel as a date and their seems no way to change it. It is probably is a simple task but it is not apparent to me. Amy help appreciated.

Excel Question
The numbers are in a .doc file, you need them to be in a comma delimited file to load them into Excel.
There might be some other way, I don't know anything abut Excel. maybe you can either import them into Excel and or copy and then paste them on-to it.

Pick 3 Block Party - Excel Program
The link below contains a zip file with 2 Excel files and 1 Word doc with example from Florida Pick 3 draws.
I'll try to explain later with instructions.
http://www.box.net/shared/p5hs4aam8v
1. Create a new folder and unzip the 2 Excel files into this new folder.
Open the DrawHistory Excel file first.
Open the Systems Excel file second.
The system is based on boxed combos with sums of 12, 13, 14, 15 that have not hit in 220 draws.
So the 220 draws started the last day of Oct

Excel Skips Chart??
Greetings. I am trying to formulate a skips chart on Excel for the TX. Pick 3 but don't know how or where to get the previous out format for a week or month. I also would like to know how to find the median once I have the previous out format. If anyone would like to contribute their intelligence toward this endeavor I would be deeply indebted. Thanks. AL.
