I don't have excel. I could use another labtop for excel. but I can't go online with that computer. Is excel easier to use than paper? if so, hook me up! I use just plain paper

wanted-history of p/3
I went to the Missouri website and found that they have the files in excel format if you have excel you can copy and paste the files when you get done making all the workbooks you can have your personal file in ascending order or descending order whichever you prefer. If all else fails contact the lottery and ask nicely if they would forward you the complete excel file of the numbers. http://www.molottery.com/winningNumbers.do?method=forward#p4

Old system picking 3 combos
I will need to find some place to upload the file to. I can't send it through LP. P.S. It is in excel format. If you don't have excel, you can get a free application that reads excel files from www.openoffice.org. Check you PM for a link.

Repeated winning numbers in jackpot, rare?
Hi everyone, Diamond, haven't talked with you in a while. I hope everything is gud!! I now label you as the excel guy! I was wondering did you make an excel sheet for this? If not could I take the same concept for the 4 of 7 for the wheeling part of the excel sheet and apply it to a larger scale like for numbers 1-41. I hope this make sense!

Excel Help
Hello, everyone, I have an excel problem and was wondering if anyone could help. I am new to the site and don't know if this is the right place to post it. I am trying to set up a formula so that I can check multiple columns and rows to find cells with numbers in them. For instance I want to look up the number 210 but I want to find the cells with 210, 102, 012 and so on. I hope you have enough info to answer my question. Thank you in advance for your help.

Multi-Algorythm Super Excel formula
I wrote a basic program that loads up a data file of past drawings and either use numbers from that file or allows me to enter up to 60 numbers. Then it create random combinations from the group of numbers and compare them with the data file and reject or accept them base on parameters I've entered. I usually reject combinations that have matched more than three in past drawings or combinations just picked. I don't use or know Excel but I understand anything that can be done outside of Exce

OpenOffice Calc & iWorks Numbers
What about looking around for a outdated version of Excel for sale? If you looking for a great spreadsheet that does VBA, and is cheap as well, that would be the way to go. Getting the latest and greatest is of little value to most people, especially if your focus will be macros and VBA. There have been no significant changes to VBA in a long time, I would say either Excel/Office XP or Excel/Office 2003 is good.

OpenOffice Calc & iWorks Numbers
I bought a copy of OpenOffice. OO will not support VBA. Or should I say OO did not have a function which would initiate my VBA Excel program. What is will do is display your Excel program as if it were an Excel program. When I discovered the lack of support for VBA, I deleted the program and looked no further. OO may be suitable for what you are doing, however.
