You don't know the definition of sick. Sick is when you intend to play a particular number or numbers, you don't and the number hits. Playing a dollar quick pick requires no thought or analysis so any prize is good fortune. Heck some people chase those powerball jackpots spending three hundred or more and don't get squat!

THANKS! Never won the Jackpot.Most I got was 4 out of 5 #'s in take 5! And 2 out of 5, with the mega Ball in Mega Millions I'm hoping I get lucky and win the Jackpot on a quick Pick! (I sometimes do $1 quick pick on mega or take 5.Ya NEVER KNOW Quickpick could give you a jcakpot one day!)

Does this lottery's quick pick generator (I'm guessing the two tickets purchased were QP's, based on what I'm reading here) allow or disallow picking an already chosen combo? If the latter there's no way he could have had those numbers if the bet came in on time, since the story said there was already a winning combo.

be thankfsful that he confided in you because he could have confided in someone else instead of you... And again let me remind you, powerball doesn't have 1 million, not 2 million , not 3 million, not 4 million combinations it has 150 million combinations instead... I remember one time they put me to write the numbers from 1 to i think it was 10,000 as punishment in school...IS A LARGE NUMBER, NOW IMAGINE TO 1 MILLION, now imagine to 150 million... Just goes to show you how difficult it is to hit that thing, especially since the volume of dollars generated in New York is in great disproportion to the number of NY winning tickets. Obviously the quick pick generators are more effective in the smaller states.
