Not a quick pick. 5-6-7-8-24 was the winner's own numbers. Congrats to the winner!

I was so close...
Not trying to start an argument, so there's no need to get upset. There are many ways to get numbers here. Look at the predictions board and there are a bunch of numbers posted for all the games. There is also a Quick Pick generator in the Resource link.

Your Method?
I use a combination of birthdays and anniversery dates.I also buy several quick picks when the jackpot gets astronomical like Powerball is now.I also play Mega Millions in Illinois, usually just a quick pick, unless it goes astronomical, then I buy several. Those folks in Georgia proved that birthday dates (low numbers) do hit and you don't always end up sharing a jackpot if they do.

North Carolina 3/1 - 3/31
Questions for NC players. Have you had a quick pick ticket to win in NC? Was it in the exact order? How long did it take to fall?

P5, P6, PB and MM
I have a mix, so I couldn't select just one choice. I play 2 combinations of birthdays and 2 randomly chosen numbers. I checked the lottery web site to make sure the numbers were never picked. I usually play the same 4 combinations every week, but sometimes I buy a quick pick or 2.

Quick Picks with Your Own Numbers
Every once in a while I add a quick pick to my own picks. It can't hurt, but I like to choose my own numbers.

Tennessee is finally getting that pick 6 lotto...
i might study a few draws to see if i can make sense of any of it.if i think i can see some patterns developing or anything i like then i might put a couple bucks in there but knowing how unpredictable these computers are i really can't say.quick pick might be the best bet on this one......

A QP Ticket: 5 Picks + 2 SAME Number Sets
I agree. However, I would still be annoyed to find out that the $5 dollar quick pick I just bought, contained two of the same lines.

Regarding Quick Picks
Instead of conjecture and opinion about quick picks I decided to track a game.
Since I'm in Illinois I picked Little Lotto, granted it's a Pick 5 (5/39) but there's a drawing every night.
Go here and see what you find, jackpot by jackpot, thus far for the year. (And the first three months of '07).
I'd love to see someone pick another game and show different results, but I don't think either will happen.

Do you trust quick picks generated by the Lotteries?
I think winning tickets are more important. I often smiled when I got strange quick picks five (very small) regular numbers on my Mega Millions tickets. No matter what type of quick pick I get I hope that it will win.
