S.C. man claims $1 million Powerball lottery prize
That question gets asked a million times, and the answer is always that about 75% of the winners used a Quick Pick to choose their numbers, and about 75% of the tickets played are Quick Picks. There's no magic there -- it's simple odds. Statistically, there is no significant advantage playing your own numbers vs. playing Quick Picks. That being said, I still prefer to play my own numbers. (To wheel.)

mega millions
Does anyone know the probability of random selection of quick pick numbers making a mistake? I've got a ticket that has the same number twice, once as a megaball number. How does this affect your chances of winning?

what is the best way to buy your tickets
It is random, anyone who spends to much time trying to figure it out is wasting his/her time. IMHO. I'm sure there are millions of people trying to figure out something that works, some system, then while this person is doing that another person comes along and buys a quick pick with a loaf of bread and wins. Lotto = random

what is the best way to buy your tickets
The odds are, the guy in New Jersey who won the big one, is not a regular, stopped off for a coffee or lunch meal, and hit with Quick Pick - then never gave it another thought. Hopefully it is some one who will have time to enjoy the power and pleasure that much money can bring.

Winners Circle
Thanks Litebets27 i know you'll hit, you have some good picks here in MD. I can't get over winning on a quick pick from the rinky dink tavern i go to for my usual picks and didn't get any other q picks anywhere else like i usually do at the royal farm stores.

How big do you think MM will get?
No, I quick pick, but 50 was the white number I got as well. Anyway, it seems the MM bubble has burst. Someone in New Jersey took the whole jackpot.

NY is where the next jackpot will go. and it will be a one dollar quick pick from a person that doesn't know anything about wheels or past history.or maybe it will be me. anyway good luck to all of us .
