That's a negative Ghost Rider. I encourage everyone to keep their personal finances personal. If I was a billionaire I'd be an anonymous one. It took me almost 14 years to create a Level 5 strategy back in March of this year which is why I created a new thread Pick 3 Forecast (Multiple States) 15th Edition.

Illinois man runs back into store to give owner a hug after winning $3 million in the lottery
That guy is going to win someday. By Kate Northrop An Illinois man who won $3 million in the lottery while sitting in his car deliberately ran back into the store he bought his winning ticket at to give the owner a big hug. An Illinois man with a big heart won a big prize in the Illinois Lottery last week, finally scooping up a $3 million prize on a scratch-off after years of trying. Having just helped welcome his new grandson into the world, the lottery pri ze was the second wo

New bill in Wisconsin could allow some lottery winners to remain anonymous
Protecting Social Security #, give me a break. That has been in effect that I know of Federally since 1974. Many years ago my hospital employer would print out the hours an individual worked. It included your SSAN for anyone to dig through the pile to see. Yearly we had surveys to fill out which were anonymous. Said in mine if someone steals mine in violation of Federal law and I'd sue. Well they quickly gave everyone an AHS # to use and no more SSAN used. Fast forward two visits ago goi

New bill in Wisconsin could allow some lottery winners to remain anonymous
A winner's exemption from public disclosure under Peterman's bill includes shielding the winner's name, address, or social security number from public records requests for up to one year after the winner becomes entitled to their prize. This bill would keep the safety and security of lottery winners in mind Winners only get privacy for up to one year. A lot of lottery winners have become victims of thieves and murderers. If they really cared about a winner's safety and securi

$1.35 billion Mega Millions lottery winner suing mother of his child for revealing win to family
I agree, there is more to this story. At what point did he obtain the NDA ..... before or after he told her about the win or could it of been a blanket NDA obtained at the time of support was being negotiated? How could he of known she would sign it if he told her first. So if it was before she could not disclose it to the courts in order to ask for an increase. In this day and age there is no true way to remain anonymous. Banks know, the Irs knows , your attorney...etc. All of which it onl

Big Prize Winners on LP
At the time of posting, there were 236,836 Lottery Post members. If we assume that 50% are active in playing different lottery games, I have a feeling that we have had big Prize winners from LP. When I say big prize am thinking winnings 500K and above. But again because it helps to remain anonymous, probably those winners prefer not to talk about it. Not sure what the impact of that would be, but as someone who just does QP, I would be glad to see a big winner who gives credit t

Lawyer Reccomends NOT To Sign Ticket??
I agree 110%. Signing a ticket with a foolish statement like that or with any type of doodles would likely trigger a full investigation by the state lottery. It seems to signify a lack of honesty and possible criminal intent. 1. Make a million copies of your ticket. 2. Even in a fully anonymous state like Maryland, I would still put a trust name. The worst a state lottery could say is we do not allow trusts. It would not void the ticket and they would then have to allow you to sign your

$70 million Michigan Powerball winner says lottery winners should be able to remain anonymous
I'm not sure I'm understanding why all the harsh arguing is happening, because all the anonymity rules by state are specified right here on Lottery Post: https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/326232 When a state's anonymity laws get updated, we update the list. (As an aside, it's not really a good idea to screenshot a Google results page, because the quotes they offer on their site often leave out other important contextual information from the website they are quoting.) It's hard to tell

$70 million Michigan Powerball winner says lottery winners should be able to remain anonymous
Same with TN(being put in purple).....I believe we are at the 30 day mark for a Freedom Of Information request that can be filed, should you claim by trust.....Better have your ducks in a row and be disconnected from your current location. Someone is going to want to know. Players who win prizes of $200,000 or more must claim their prize at the Nashville Headquarters Claim Center. From the TN Lottery Site: Can the winner of a large Lottery prize remain anonymous? In accordance
