I only spend about $20-$40 tops a month on the lottery, and I divide it up between Match 6, Powerball, Mix and Match, and Big-4. I play the Big4- tops about 4 times a week 4 tickets. But like I said I quit buying them for awhile. I noticed that when I play more and spend more money, I get less wins. The secret is to just play once in awhile and what you can afford. Yes I always get me 2 qps from the store and maybe 2 or 3 times a week I get 3 numbers that will drop for that drawing either mid or eve. I have done a lot of playing that I catch up to that. So what I do is I go back to the whole month, example. I check out numbers from those qps and I always try to search in the month for all years back for similar numbers with the qps and I have hit quit a few boxes and 3 straights since I started that work out. See today I missed it by 1 number. I played 092

Good morning. Congrats mrsd on you list win. This guy just botched up my play this morning. I ended up spending $24.50 on just 2 numbers. I swear they never listen which is why I like marking my tickets and just handing it in to play. When I walked in the store was empty but he was speaking with his fellow worker. He asked for my numbers and I said clearly 2020 $3 straight midday only . I waited for that to be done then, now give me the same number 2020, 50 cents box 6 times mid and eve .

No, they don't take anything out unless it over $5K or more.I would never go to MD lottery, I go to an agent+ for anything under $5001.00 and I claim my winnings and deduct losses at end of year. So if I hit for $2600 I come home with $2600 and then 5-7 days later I get a 1099G. If I hit $5K I come home with $5K if I hit multiple $5Ks I come home with multiple $5Ks and receive multiple 10099Gs.
