Tasha, You need to read the links Todd supplied and reread the facts. One, there was a settlement so there was no giving of money back to her outside of the agreed upon settlement. It appears that the facts were not in favor of the nephew, thus the settlement resulted in some of the money in her favor. Two, there was a substantial question of fact since she claimed the nephew put his phone number, etc. on the ticket without her permission. She is not an attorney and clearly misunders
