Assuming that current cash value is realistic the annuity would have been bumped to about 991.5 if the interest rate hadn't changed. If it rolls (about an 82% chance) it goes to $1.1 billion and $525 million cash.

So, $230m in sales.. @ $2 per line, that is just 115 million lines.. There are 292.2 possible combinations... even if every line was unique, that is less than 40% of possible combinations covered .. In reality, even lower number of unique combinations covred..

Considering the fact they are three hours behind Florida for PB and same for Georgia MM they have to close the sales early. Looked up Cumberland Gap which we drove by two weeks ago. Had PB not been won was going to drive there to get KY, VA TN tickets all within close proximity of each other. It is 144 miles from here. IDK that trick playing in other states has never panned out.
