Thank you Floyd. Yeah I would collect and pay the taxes no problemo. Most other countries that have lotteries don't tax winnings, I think? I know Spain doesn't I think Canada does.

It would be nice to have options but not a gamechanger for me. What I really want to see is a multistate raffle type game like the El Gourdo one in Spain where there more winners with better odds sharing smaller winnings. That how you really hook them in because somebody will know somebody who won and words will get around time and build a buzz for the game and make it once a year like xmas time.

I believe playing this way is very scary, we play once a year the El Gordo (the fat one) in Spain, but we have immediate family there, and I know where they live. We also receive the tickets before the draw, maybe I'll post a couple, from prior drawings they are actually pretty neat looking. LOL jarasan
