So i planned to stay a bit and scratch, bought a mix of $1 and $2 and choose one from #3 5K win! Funny thing is i did not find it when i scratched it. Your story how you found a $500 winner always sticks with me and i make sure i double check everything before tossing(glad i did). I was excited and having the biggest smile all day. Hey Kristoff, I've wondered the same about games ending with unclaimed prizes, as it's a vexing question. I do think though that missed wins on players' part is a huge part of the answer. Missed wins happen most often with number matches, so tickets with a single number match are more prone to be mistakenly discarded as duds compared to ones with multiple number match wins, and especially symbol wins.
