You said you were arrested apparently for the crime of having a stack of 20s . Your lottery probably retains legal council, but doubt they are responsible for the arrest or will represent you if you decide to sue for a number of reasons. Should have filmed it and posted it on YouTube. And BTW, A recent series of articles by The Washington Post chronicling the issue found that of the 400 court cases examined by The Post where people who challenged seizures and received money back

The ONLY way for that to be possible is if the ball is missing from the machine, or due to some outside interference that prevents that ball from being drawn.
