I can understand video evidence of someone throwing a ticket into a garbage can demonstrates intent to abandon a ticket. Video evidence of someone accidentally and unknowingly dropping a ticket to my mind does not demonstrate intent. They simply lost their ticket. If at a later point in time I find it lying on the ground, and it's not signed on the back, then it's mine. Unless I actually saw the person drop it, I'd have no way of knowing who originally bought it so that I could return it to

One more thing... The Massachusetts Lottery has a long track record and reputation for going after very frequent lottery winners. Most of that is people who buy other peoples winning tickets and cash them in but there have been other scammer's they've successfully prosecuted. If this lady is a scam artist and blabbing it all over Facebook she's asking to be investigated. Could be the Mass Lottery is already on to her and has an investigation going on. G5

Hey all, a quick update on the Cloudflare bot checking thing. After some investigation I was able to (I think) figure out how to adjust the sensitivity of the bot checking. In other words, to hopefully make it appear less often (or not at all). I just adjusted the settings down to their lowest sensitivity, so let's see if it has any effect.
