Lexicographical tool
Looked up lexicographical numbers, got this definition... When applied to numbers, lexicographic order is increasing numerical order, i.e. increasing numerical order (numbers read left to right). For example, the permutations of {1,2,3} in lexicographic order are 123, 132, 213, 231, 312, and 321. Not sure how this would help picking lottery numbers. Could be wrong though.

Visual Basic Programing and Math
Necessity is the mother of invention. Where we differ is that I had no idea what Lexicographical Ordering was until you mentioned it. When I first started down this road I did look into learning some advanced math to try and assist me, but was overwhelmed by all of the foundational math I was going to need to learn before I could get to anything useful for what I was trying to accomplish. In the end I just decided to figure it out as I went a long using the math that I knew. The price I

RL's DMP-HT lottery tool is ready for download
Here is something I find interesting, a little off topic but the picture below is a image 1000 * 580 for a total of 580,000 pixels. Using the lexicographical index for all the past draws in my 5-39 I painted the corresponding pixel red. You can see from this image the random distribution of the draws vs the matrix. Each dot represents one 5 number set, black pixels are sets that have never been drawn.

RL's T-Lex program download, free software
Call me dense, but I don't understand anything with the T-Lex program or lexicographical for that matter. I can use the help file and watch the videos to understand the button pushing mechanics off adding new games, updates etc... But are there any posts or instructions on how to actually interpret and use the values it displays? Your thought processes in what you are choosing and why? Or should I just skip this one...

There used to be one more link sky-1.com, their Lottery Developer's Kit which they no longer offer free (ask the site owner if he can oblige you)...! Their kit can:Some

Mathematics and the Lottery
Spot9 Maybe it's possible to predict the changes in dominant frequencies rather than the actual frequencies? I have tried predictions based on gaps, skips etc but had little success. Changes in dominant frequencies might, never tried it. About the best I have found as far as prediction goes is something like the steps program I included in many of my programs. The steps amount to digit coding where each digit 0 to 9 is converted into a 3 digit code. Example 0 =121

Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
Yea, Thanks for the warm welcome Greenfox..! I hear you... I'm curious?.. What software do you use to run your stats?... I use Lotto Pro, mainly because you can use third party wheels in it, and if you're group playing (lottery pool),the program will print directly onto your bet slips.. saves time, improving accuracy..!! Being new to this site, I'm still trying to figure out how to upload an attachment ( scanned lottery ticket results).. I've hopes of oneday to publish a book of my experience

RL's T-Lex program download, free software
Gwoof The T-lex program uses lexicographical index numbers so it would not change anything in the analysis. Even if you put the numbers in the order they were drawn the lexie would still be the same. I am still looking for ways to better select the lexie digits but not making much headway. RL

MO Pick-6 predictions
Hans The sets I posted here are not generated using a wheel. The predictor never even looks at a single number past or present. The predictor first calculates a seed value based on so many previous lines lexicographical index values which are averaged together. Next the program uses a algorithm which tries to calculate a series of steps needed so that one of these values converted will match a 5 of 6. The program's only purpose is to hit a 5 of 6, all other prize matches are a no
