I always check the estimated net payout and looking past the advertised jackpot (which the latter is obviously pulling more people into buying tickets). After all, the bigger amount looks way better when advertised (until you read the short print, if there's any... ). I used to live in Philly and is now in the Philippines... but I'd still buy MM and PB (through The Lotter) when the jackpot gets big. All the best!

Wouldn't make more sense to have their own Online sales without the middle man like many other state lotteries do? All those existing retailers are middlemen already, and a sold ticket is a sold ticket. Having their own online sales would save the lottery the commission, but despite selling online the lotter is just one more retailer.

2017 I won $1.152 on Estonia Viking Lotto, i recieved my winnings in multiple small deposits in my bank account. It's interestinf that Texas allow this, The Point of using The Lotter is if you are located in another country/state not inside a state. I'm sure it will eventually open for states offering tickets online for their own lotteries. Makes no sense otherwise.

The ticket price in Finland is about $0.85 but i played with the lotter from Sweden even though Viking Lotto is offered in Sweden as well through official lotto operator. In Sweden at the moment the jackpot is much smaller, Finland and other nordic countries however use an additional bonus ball which makes the jackpot a lot bigger.
