Even though i said i would burn 250 million dolllar lolttery ticket and place it on youtube, this is what i will do the most with it......If i get 200 million dollars I will talk to lottery officials, try to persuade them into placing at least 4 lotteries like West Virginia Cash25 into some 4 to 5 states spread acrous the country (like an extra lottery)...I will then use the money to talk and lobby lottery officials from 4 differnt asian countries into making having West Virginia Cash25 lottery.

Pairs Let's start with breaking down the nubers Singles, example 415, all single have 3 pairs 14 15 45 Doubles, example 552 all have 2 pairs 25 55 Trips of course have one number in common. What I know about pairs, some may not come out for the whole month, some will show as many as 8 times in a month. Some will come back the very next draw or 2.
