Substitution relies heavily on tracking charts which must be current. Texas has 4 drawings per day. Thanks for responding Raven62, Not specifically for Pick3 or Pick 4 but for any single digits from 0-9 eg. 02458575 To be able to wheel the digits into as many combinations as it can produce regardless of duplicate digits. It can be done paper/pencil but proves to be overly time consuming.
