Lottery winner's death was blamed on natural causes — until a relative raised questions
I agree but the anti-religion people around here are just anti-Christian (they're afraid of the other guys) so my response was specific to them.

September 11, Never Forget!
We learned volumes about this religion on that day. Actions speak much louder than words.

Waiting for Wealth
Many people said the same thing in 2008, but they're still here. Religion and politics played a big role when the state lotteries were being established, but now that they are multi-billion businesses, only politics decides how the profits are spent. For most of us players, the only concern should be how to win the prize and discussions about religion and/or politics can't help any of us win a jackpot. The Ohio Pick-3 and most of the Pick-3 games paid $500 for a straight hit when Carter wa

Atheist converts after mock prayer to win $1M lottery is answered
I don't know why you want to argue religion with me constantly. I'm nonplussed to say the least. I don't belong to or follow any religion. That dog won't hunt. Maybe you need visiondude to come back so you can argue religion.

RL, I'd have to agree with a lot of what you wrote, especially this: Many call themselves Americans but lack the values that make America great. Just like the fake religious who care nothing about God but use him for their own gain. Of course there are many ways to apply those statements, one would be to the TV ministries that collect millions of dollars and put most of it in their own pockets. Another might be wars made in the name of religion. Even wars of empty vile words by people th

Time to put up or shut up, joker. Show me where I said I was right and every other religion was wrong. Show me where I said that my God is the right one and the rest do not exist. Show me where I claimed that any denomination was better than any other. Show me where I made any claims about my religion or even stated what my religion was, if any. Talk about a delusional dumbass, whoa!

you don't suffer from lack of information , you just don't like the information, and therefore reject it solely on the basis of one component contained within the information I don't suffer from anything. The information I've gathered points in the direction of NO EVIDENCE PERIOD ! You think you know all there is to know, but based on what you write, I feel you don't have a clue pertaining to subjectivity. you only reject the fact of a personal God because of the authority o

20 N.Y. Costco workers share $202M Powerball lottery jackpot
Wow, you are preaching the rules! Not only have I read the rules, I quote them in my signature expressly for your benefit since you never follow them. What religious beliefs? I asked you what religion you belonged to and you refused to answer. I do not believe there is a religion that would have you as a member.

Can prayer affect the outcome of a lottery
A proposal was made by addai1516 and I agreed that religion is a disruption of threads and really off-topic. It certainly isn't up to me, it is Todd's site and his say-so will be the final word. So, if we did have a vote in the decision, my guess is that you would rather keep religion completely uncensored? (I just get that feeling based on your last post)

Before I air my opinions I'll go ahead and insult myself and save anyone else here the trouble, since everybody seems so worked up. Call me a Why Can't We All Get Along Girl or maybe the Peacenik but I have to add my 2 cents. I find it quite fascinating but distressing that so many people get so vitriolic becuase of this story. So many different types of people win lottery money - they vary in their morality, their religion, their occupation or lack thereof. I remember something about a conv
