Are Second Chance Drawings Rigged?
Of course, won't apply to areas where these aren't held... For others, how many tickets would you estimate you have entered? Per drawing, overall? Mail in or online? Have you won a second chance drawing? Have you checked results over a prolonged time period and tend to see the same names popping up? Other comments?

I have seen store clerks saving scratch-off tickets for people.
The only thing that makes me wonder is that I heard several employees at my local Publix market won a lot on scratch tickets. I rarely buy scratchers, mainly Lotto. However, one day when I said I never win anything, the clerk started telling me about this clerk and that clerk who won with the instant games. I only know of one cashier there who hit $10,000. While I doubt the cashier had any inside information, allowing employees to play scratch-offs where they work is just bad for busin

Post your scratch ticket results
Thanks. I was shocked for sure, cause I scanned it at the self checker and saw all the zeros. The owner told me he told someone else to switch back to christmas that they are heating up(not sure though). I took the $100 back to the store. I knew one roll was on 010(then I could get 11/12) and the other was on 27(so I could end it).. Put $95 into the machine and got $60 and $5 into the skill(though rigged) game for a stuffed animal and lost. Won twice on those in the past 2 weeks and have fun mix

CA Lottery - California Love - CA Lottery Scratchers
You bring up an interesting point. If the packs weren't activated by the time the customer service representative replied to green sandals, then I suppose there's another set of tracking/inventory control provided by the DSR's back to headquarters or regional district offices. They might be required to keep an itemized daily activity log of each day's delivery on their route. This might be more to ensure tickets don't go missing mysteriously or for investigative purposes if non-activated packs a

Looking for scratch players from TN
Checking in from the southeast corner. I tend to do best if I only buy a single ticket from a roll - I scatter a $5 on 2 or 3 tickets. Have not had any large winners this way, but tend to be able to break even or better. Seems not so many care for them, but I like the $3 tickets. Odds are closer to the $5 tickets - odds in general suck. TN isn't clear in winning ticket odds - sure they include the free tickets in those odds, know what I mean? I play it again, too - question that you

WOW. What in the world are you typing? None of what I just read makes any sense. Are you claiming scratchers are rigged? Or are you just complaining because you haven't won a big prize, and other people have?

Biggest Scratch Prize ever
Sorry, I should have specified that I am looking for the highest Cash Prize payout *NOT* annuity. Also, I'm looking at actual scratch payouts and *NOT* the second chance drawings. That Billion dollar prize will never be won. I read the rules for that and it is pretty much rigged so that nobody will ever win that. In fact in the first version of that game the most anybody won on the second chance was $2 million but I don't know if that was cash or annuity. The second version has started wit

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Ok, I know this isn't scratcher related but I've been playing Lucky Money lately and been doing the EZ match for an extra buck. I first thought it meant it would just give me random numbers to match for the drawing but NO, it's a random selection of numbers to match the ones you picked for the drawing. What I'm getting at is how is it not rigged? I mean it can just pop out numbers that clearly don't match whatever you have and you pretty much just wasted an extra buck. I've done Lucky money with

@ Dracos - There should have been 810,000 books printed on Fl Cash and if 1% remain that leaves 8100 books less the large mystery destroyed number which always seems to surprise me. They must have skipped large groups of numbers and i have been targeting 1.25m and higher books. I wouldn't be surprised if the total available to purchase number is under 1000 books given the discrepancies i saw with SM and others. I have encountered a handfull of hot books on FL Cash that paid out over 2k....I have

Hey LONE RANGER - wasn't that a $10K Jubilee you won ?? 10X50 is $500 ............... man you musta jumped outta the truck when you got it. GOOD SHOW !! I'm convinced the scratch off game is rigged or spread out differently each year - than advertised. I've been buying about the same number of tickets each year/month for the past X years. Every year I'm winning less even tho the ticket odds are pretty much the same. Best GRT weekend win 3 some years ago was 6 Nuggets (4 from the same store
